The apartment consists of 2 bedrooms, a large spacious and bright living room where there are two large retractable sofas which can sleep 2 set around the fireplace and built in kitchen, which is fully equipped with necessary home appliances and wine fridge. From the living room there is an access to the large terrace with a marble table where you can eat al fresco.The terrace is overlooking the inner part of the urbanization and the swimming pools. There are two king-size beds in the master and guests bedrooms and another retractable sofa in the smaller bedroom. There re two bathrooms, one has a shower and the other one is equipped with a bath. The apartment is finished in the nice white, green and grey colors and is very modern although looks cozy thanks to its 'old' fireplace despite its high tech nature. The guests are welcome to use all of the facilities of the urbanization and of the Nobu hotel and Puente Romano hotel. There are plenty famous restaurants like Dani Garcia's Bibo, organic cafe Celicioso where it is good to have breakfasts, famous night club La Suite, Puente Romano tennis club, many cafes at the swimming pools and on the sea. Parking lot in the underground garage is available. This is simply one of the best possible places to spend one's vacations without the need to think of where to eat or where to go.
